How to return an item......

1- You must be with the 5 day period from when you received the item.

2- You must ALL the original box's, warranty cards, instructions, etc. Remember we have to resell this.

3- There is no RA # needed.

4- Make sure your original order sheet is in the box. We don't know who its from otherwise and can't credit you. We don't have your CC # on record for security.

5- If you want to exchange it for something just write it out on a piece of paper or back of your original order form.

6- Your credit will go through when we receive the item and will not appear on your card for 2 to 7 days depending on card company.

7- You are responsible for shipping to and fro.
