New From Fender! –Fender Custom Shop designers met Donal Gallagher, brother of the late, great Rory Gallagher, in 1997 at Los Angeles International Airport and received a gig bag holding one of the most coveted guitars of all time: Rory's worn-to-the-wood 1961 Stratocaster guitar. Fender initially built 40 clones for the European market, and was subsequently besieged with requests for more. The Rory Gallagher Tribute Stratocaster guitar is an exact replica of that revered instrument, right down to the extremely worn 3-Color Sunburst alder body, maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. Our homage to a true and truly missed master.

New From Reverend! – Big shipment from Reverend came in yesterday. The usual suspects were in there: Manta Rays, Flatrocs, Jetstreams, etc. These guitars, especially for the price, go above and beyond. We also recieved a couple new models: the Six Gun and the Sensei (as seen in photo). The Sensei is their take on what a double cutaway should be. All the rawness, midrange presence, and upper-fret access you’d expect, but more versatility, a stable neck joint and better balance! Full thickness body, and the correct amount of wood where the neck meets the body. The bridge pickup is slightly hotter than a vintage soapbar, and the neck pickup slightly cleaner.
